CPL UK are currently assisting a superb NHS Ophthalmology Dept in the Norfolk region who require a Locum Consultant to join them immediately. An idea of the job plan is below however there may be some degree of flexibility on this for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- 9 clinical sessions + 1 admin
- The 9 sessions will be mostly clinics but with the right skills the candidate can be allocated to theatre
- X3 Glaucoma clinics
- X1 General Clinic
- X3 Oculoplastic clinics
- X1 Laser list
- X1 Day Surgery Theatre list
- 1:4 on calls; any non-resident hours will be paid at 50%
Compliance documents:
- Right to Work in the UK
- DBS Certificate
- GMC Certificate
- Up to date CV (no gaps longer than 2 weeks) and three years of NHS References
- Annual Mandatory Training Certs including Life Support Cert
- Immunisation/bloods reports
