CPL Healthcare UK are currently recruiting a Locum Consultant Immunologist to begin work immediately with an NHS Department based in Liverpool. The team will need a minimum of six‑month full‑time cover.
Schedule:
- Mon 9‑13: Immunology clinic (including nurse supervision)
- Mon 13‑17: Allergy clinic (including nurse supervision)
- Tues 9‑13: Lab. clinical validation, result sign‑out
- Tues 13‑17: Patient admin (letter sign‑out, triage, clinical liaison and advice, continuing OPD care)
- Wed 9‑13: Lab. clinical validation, result sign‑out
- Wed CPD / Audit / mandatory training
- Wed 13‑17: Patient admin (letter sign‑out, triage, clinical liaison and advice, continuing OPD care)
- Thu 9‑13: Allergy clinic (including nurse supervision)
- Thu 13‑17: Allergy clinic (including nurse supervision)
- Fri 9‑13: R&D, Audit, Teaching, CPD
- Fri 13‑17: Lab. clinical validation, result sign‑out (peer review with consultant colleague / clinical scientist)
- Fri 13‑17: Immunology team meeting
Compensation: Full‑time agency locum where you will be paid directly by the Trust. Pay rates are expected to be approximately £100‑120 per hour PAYE for the role.
Qualifications: Doctors wishing to apply will need NHS experience, GMC licence, and a British or Irish passport or work visa.
