Good Morning, I am working with a private client who is assisting an NHS Trust in Cumbria with reducing their Gastro clinic wait lists. We require a number of doctors to create an 8-week rota with up to 6 rooms running each weekend during August and September.
Please can you read through the job details below and kindly let me know if you can help us out or refer a colleague to me – we can offer excellent referral bonuses for candidates who work 2-3 full weekends of this work with us. This work can be paid Limited, Self Employed, PAYE or Umbrella so it will suit all candidates no matter their preference.
Hepatology outpatient clinicsHospital: NHS Site in Cumbria
Specialty: Consultant Hepatology, must be on the GMC specialist register ** must have specialism in Hepatology not just Gastro**
Job role for Hepatology: Outpatient clinics, 2-3 new patients, 5-6 follow-up, maximum of 8 patients per clinic. On-site F2H/ telephone, however there might be an option for some patients to be seen remotely at a later date.
Timings: two x 4 hour clinics/ AM/PM
Dates: Saturday and Sunday only – to start July 30th & 31st weekend for 8 weeks initially – we require 2 consultants each day.
Daily charge rate for Hepatology only: £ per day LTD Gross
Payment options- LTD, self-employed and Umbrella.
Admin- 1 in 4 clinics – paid for 4 hours (half day)
Induction: paid on Pro rata basis, normally takes half a day this can only be carried out on-site during the weekdays. The trust uses a Lorenzo system, smart card can be supplied if required.
Gastroenterology outpatient clinicsHospital: NHS Site in Cumbria
Specialty: Consultant Gastroenterology, must be on the GMC specialist register.
Job role: Outpatient clinics, 8 new patients, 12 follow-up, maximum of 12 patients per clinic. On-site F2H/ telephone, however there might be an option for some patients to be seen remotely at a later date.
Timings: two x 4 hour clinics/ AM/PM
Dates: Saturday and Sunday only – to start July 30th & 31st weekend for 8 weeks initially – we require 2 consultants each day.
Daily charge rate for Gastro only: £ LTD Gross per day

- DBS Cert dated within 12 months
- Occ health reports
