Further details:

Diseases to cover: Lymphoma (Hodgkins, DLBCL, Follicular – ABVD/R-CHOP/R-Benda etc.) Myeloma (Dara-VTD, VMP, IRD, IxaLenDex etc.), MPN (Rux/Hydroxycarbamide/inteferon). Job plan: 10 PA No on-call 6 clinics a week
