RIG Locums are looking for locum breast radiologists to help cover both full-time & part-time locum positions in a number of NHS London Trusts. The ideal contract length would be between 3 to 6 months with the view to extend, starting ASAP. The clients are willing to wait for the right candidates. The departments are dynamic and busy, seeking proficient Breast Radiologists to cover mainly symptomatic work, alongside some general work when needed. There will be no requirement to cover breast screening at selected trusts.
These NHS hospitals require most of the following procedures to be performed:
- Biopsies
- FNA
- Stereotactic Breast ultrasound
- Drainages
- Wire localisations & aspirations
