RIG Locums are looking for a number of experienced Locum Registrars (working at ST5-7 level) in Obstetrics and Gynaecology to take up a locum placement in the Birmingham area. These locum roles are for three months initially but likely to extend to six months. The doctor will work a full time rota including days, nights and weekends. On calls can be added or removed from the rota as per your preference. We may also be able to offer Mon-Fri day shifts.
We are hoping to hear from doctors who are free immediately to start as soon as possible. Duties include labour ward, theatres and gynaecology clinics/emergencies. This is a large maternity unit so doctors must be comfortable working in a busy environment.
For this role the locum will need a minimum of 3 years Registrar O&G experience with a minimum of six months UK/NHS experience essential. Doctors should be comfortable working in a busy unit and MRCOG and PROMPT would be highly desirable.
