RIG Locums are looking for an experienced Locum ST3+ in Obstetrics and Gynaecology to take up a locum placement in Birmingham. This role is for three months initially where the doctor will work a full time rota including days, nights and weekends. We are hoping to hear from doctors who are free immediately to start as soon as possible.

Duties include:

  • Labour ward
  • Theatres
  • Gynaecology clinics/emergencies

For this role the locum will need a minimum of 2 years Registrar O&G experience with a minimum of six months UK/NHS experience essential. Doctors should be comfortable working in a medium sized unit and MRCOG Part 1 is desired.

There is no accommodation on site so this locum post is more suited to those who can commute from Birmingham and the surrounding areas via road or rail.

Doctors will need:

  • GMC Licence
  • Right to Work in the UK
  • 2 Recent References
  • Valid DBS Cert
  • Life Support Cert
