We are currently recruiting for a Band 8b ATMP Senior Lead Pharmacist to work on a fixed term basis in Central London. Please see details of the role below:
- Role: Band 8b ATMP Senior Lead Pharmacist
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am – 5pm
- Pay: £39ph (potentially higher depending on experience, may escalate to 8c)
- Start: ASAP
- Length: 6 months
This senior leadership role focuses on advanced therapy medicinal products (ATMPs). Applicants should bring haematology or oncology experience alongside expert knowledge of advanced therapies. The role requires the ability to recommend, substantiate, and communicate therapeutic options for patients, with active experience in using computerised labelling and stock control systems. Comprehensive experience as a clinical pharmacist practitioner is essential, including medicines information, aseptic services, ward services, dispensing, and clinical trials.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months NHS experience
- Right to Work in the UK
- GPhC registration
- Haematology or oncology background
- Specialist expertise in advanced therapies
- Broad experience across all aspects of hospital pharmacy practice
