We are currently recruiting for a Band 8a Clinical Pharmacist to work on an ongoing basis in South East London. Please see details of the role below:
- Role: Band 8a Clinical Pharmacist
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am – 5pm
- Pay: £
- Start: ASAP
- Length: Until substantive recruitment completed
This is a ward based role requiring strong hospital experience, including drug history taking, medicines reconciliation, clinical screening, and TTA screening. EPMA experience is essential, ideally with Cerner as this is the system in use at CHS.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months NHS experience
- Right to Work in the UK
- GPhC registration
