We are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Physiotherapist, to work on an ongoing basis in Birmingham. Please see details of the role below;

Details:
Role: Band 6 Physiotherapist – Assessment and treatment/discharge planning for complex and frail elderly. Must have experience of D2A process and working in Inpatient settings.
Must be Car driver to undertake access visits .
Days: Monday-Friday
Hours: hours per week
Pay: £25ph
Start: ASAP
Length: 2 months+

Requirements:
NHS experience (6 months minimum)
Right to Work in the UK
HCPC Registration
