We are currently recruiting for Band 6 OT – Community Falls – older adults, to work on an ongoing basis in South East London. Please see details of the role below;

Details:
Role: Band 6 OT – Community Falls – older adults, experience of prescribing and fitting equipment, understanding of falls risks and interventions, car owner driver since will be expected to travel between homes and care homes and carry equipment.
Days: Full-time or part-time (minimum /3 days a week)
Hours: 8:30 – 16:30
Pay: £30 per hour
Start: ASAP
Length: 2-3 months

Requirements:
NHS experience (6 months minimum)
Right to Work in the UK
HCPC Registration
