We are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to work on an ongoing basis in Birmingham. Details of the role below:

- Days: Monday - Friday

- Length: 12 weeks
Additional Info:
- Assessment and treatment/discharge planning for patients admitted to older adult in-patient sub-acute wards.
- Must have experience with Discharge to Assess process.
- Car driver preferable for access visits.
