The Role
As a Shift Manager you’ll help run the shop in the manager’s absence, leading the team to deliver great food and a warm, friendly welcome across everything we do – in shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Inspiring and supporting the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the shop’s excellent standards.
- Serving customers in a fast and friendly manner, and leading by example on great service.
- Preparing our products, including sandwich making and managing the ovens.
- Keeping displays fully stocked with plenty of choice for customers.
- Keeping the shop clean, tidy and welcoming.
- Motivating and developing team members to be at their best.
Who You Are
- Reliable, with a natural ability to lead and bring a team together.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Supportive of an inclusive workplace that values diversity.
- Ideally with some supervisory experience in a customer-focused retail environment, though this isn’t essential.
- Happy to work a flexible shift pattern, which will be discussed at interview.
