Behind every successful event is a highly efficient warehouse operation that ensures the right equipment is available, prepared, tested, and delivered on time.
As an Event Technician (m/f/d) - Warehouse Operations, you will play a key role in keeping our logistics and warehouse processes running smoothly while supporting the preparation and handling of cutting-edge event technology. This is a hands-on position with a strong warehouse focus, offering the opportunity to contribute directly to world-class live productions and occasionally experience them firsthand.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You oversee warehouse operations including order picking, packaging, goods receipt, storage preparation, and shipment coordination.
- You ensure proper shipment packaging, process returns efficiently, and support timely deliveries to customers and project locations.
- You design, supervise, and program technical solutions and equipment in line with the Managed Technology Core Workflow.
- You prepare, configure, and support the implementation of technical equipment, while carrying out troubleshooting and technical reporting when required with occasional on-site support.
- You maintain CRM and ERP systems by ensuring accurate data entry, monitoring bookings, and supporting smooth operational processes.
- You conduct inventory checks, support annual stocktaking activities, and operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and conveyors.
- You collaborate closely with colleagues, customers, and external partners on both national and international projects and communications.
THAT'S YOU:
- Vocational training or equivalent experience in logistics, commercial operations, events, entertainment, or warehouse management.
- Hands-on and proactive mindset with a strong can-do attitude.
- Experience working with MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM or ERP systems such as SAP.
- Technical affinity or interest in electronics and event technology.
- Strong organisational skills with a structured and process-oriented approach, as well as excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cultures and teams.
- Open to occasional national and international travel for on-site support of events.
- Fluent English skills; additional languages are considered an advantage.
