Riding House Cafés is a collection of successful independent modern restaurants, serving neighbourly hospitality and awesome food and drinks. We are looking to recruit a passionate, hard working and career-minded Head Bartender to join our team.

What we are looking for…

• - Experience in high volume environments
• -Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines and beers
• - Experience with stock and team management
• - A creative approach to cocktails, drinks and menu creation
