We are recruiting for our Gerrards Cross showroom. We are looking for an experienced senior kitchen designer/sales person to join the team. You must have at least two years experience designing and selling mid to high-end kitchens and a proven track record. A team player with a great, customer-focused attitude who enjoys being involved in the customer's journey from beginning to end. Ideally, you have used Winner and designed using Hacker or Nobilia and/or a bespoke in-framed furniture product.
Responsibilities:
- The role involves offering a complete service from the first meeting to the final part of a project, working closely with our clients in their homes as well as in our showroom.
- Time management and working to deadlines play an important role.
- You will manage your projects from start to finish.
- You will become part of a passionate and dynamic team at a growing family-run business with strong values and ambitions.
- As someone with experience in selling with integrity and a passion for client service, you will be rewarded with very competitive uncapped commission for each signed-off project.
The applicant must have excellent customer service and communication skills as well as exceptional design skills. Attention to detail is important as our clients expect perfection.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in design and sales including selling German kitchen products.
- IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft products.
- Compusoft Winner CAD design knowledge is preferred.
- Must be able to drive in your own car.
- Must be able to work as part of a dynamic and ambitious team.
- Proven track record of exceeding expectations.
- Experience in site preparation, installation, etc.
- Accurate designing and quoting.
- Outstanding record in customer relations.
Salary & Benefits:
Basic salary of £30,000 (negotiable) per year, with an added highly competitive uncapped commission package with £65,000+ OTE.
