Ridgeway & Co are recruiting for an experienced No.1 Site Manager / Project Manager on behalf of a reputable Main Contractor delivering a £15M care home development in Lewisham. This is a technically challenging project involving façade retention, basement construction and a full new build package, requiring an experienced No.1 capable of managing the scheme from pre-construction through to handover.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience operating as a No.1 Site Manager / Project Manager
- Previous care home project experience essential
- Strong track record delivering projects from start to finish
- Experience managing façade retention packages
- Basement and structural works experience required
- Main contractor background preferred
- Strong programme management and subcontractor coordination skills
- SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid essential
