An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Groundworks Site Manager to join a major residential development in Norwich. You will take responsibility for overseeing all groundworks activities on a brand-new site, ensuring delivery is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements.

Duties Include:

  • Managing groundworks subcontractors and site labour
  • Overseeing drainage, roads, foundations, and infrastructure packages
  • Driving health and safety standards across site
  • Monitoring progress against programme
  • Conducting site inspections and quality checks
  • Reporting to senior management and attending site meetings

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Site Manager on residential groundworks projects
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS Card
  • First Aid qualification
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple work fronts

Package:

  • 280 per day
  • 18-month contract
