Senior Project Manager – Major Hospital Extension | Tier 1 Principal Contractor We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major hospital extension project from pre-construction through to handover. This is a standout opportunity to take ownership of a flagship scheme that will improve healthcare facilities and services for the local community. The Role As Senior Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the planning, coordination and safe delivery of this complex, live-environment project. You will lead the site delivery team, drive programme and commercial performance, and ensure exceptional quality standards throughout construction. Key Responsibilities: * Lead project delivery from early planning through to completion and aftercare * Manage and coordinate the client interface, design consultants and subcontractor partners * Oversee programme management, commercial control, procurement and risk mitigation * Maintain full compliance with Health & Safety and NHS / healthcare regulations * Champion innovation and efficiency within a live operational hospital environment * Provide strong leadership to ensure clear communication, productivity and collaboration About You We’re looking for a driven leader with a proven track record delivering large-scale healthcare or similarly regulated and technically complex projects.
