Ridgeway & Co are proud to be partnering with a leading interiors company based in Cambridge, with their search for a Senior Project Manager with a strong track record in commercial fit-out projects, ideally within a Life sciences background. You’ll oversee all on-site activities, coordinate trades, and ensure delivery to programme, budget, and the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate subcontractors.
- Oversee M&E upgrades alongside joinery and finishing trades.
- Plan and manage site logistics, sequencing, and materials.
- Maintain and enforce high standards of health, safety, and quality.
- Monitor progress and report regularly to the Project Manager.
- Ensure works are completed on time and to specification.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out projects (hotel, office, retail, or shopfitting).
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Ability to drive programme delivery and solve problems proactively.
- Excellent communication and site leadership skills.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid preferred.
