This is an outstanding opportunity to join a forward-thinking contractor delivering a variety of high-profile projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. Based in London, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and managing projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring successful delivery across all phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams and oversee delivery of complex construction schemes
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Ensure project delivery is on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Champion health & safety, compliance, and sustainability objectives
- Provide strategic input during pre-construction and planning phases
Requirements:
- Extensive experience managing construction projects within the UK
- Proven track record in delivering projects within the residential and/or commercial sectors
