Ridgeway & Co are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established main contractor who are looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager on a permanent basis. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a forward-thinking contractor delivering a variety of high-profile projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. Based in London, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and managing projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring successful delivery across all phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams and oversee delivery of complex construction schemes
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Ensure project delivery is on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Champion health & safety, compliance, and sustainability objectives
  • Provide strategic input during pre-construction and planning phases

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience managing construction projects within the UK
  • Proven track record in delivering projects within the residential and/or commercial sectors
  • Exceptional leadership, organisational, and client-facing skills
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid)
