  • Oversee financial and legal matters throughout the course of construction projects.

  • Identify, analyse, and develop responses to commercial risks.

  • Manage and plan all costs involved in construction projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures.

  • Work closely with the project manager, advising on the financial implications of construction methods and strategies.

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of construction regulations and contracts.

  • Prepare and analyse project costings for tenders, such as materials, quantities, labour, and time.

  • Negotiate and establish the costs of sub-contracts.

  • Ensure accurate and timely final accounts preparation and manage payments to contractors.

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

  • Chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

  • Proven experience in the property industry, specifically in construction.

  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) and other Quantity Surveying software.

  • Strong contractual, financial, and project management skills.

  • Excellent negotiation, team working, and communication skills., * Bachelor’s (preferred)

Experience:

  • surveying: 4 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £80,000.00-£100,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday
