This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing business that delivers a diverse portfolio of projects across the residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. Based in London, you will take the lead on schemes from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring high standards of delivery, client satisfaction, and programme control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of project delivery from planning through to handover
- Manage site teams and subcontractors to ensure timelines and budgets are met
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Drive health & safety compliance and quality standards
- Support reporting, procurement, and programme management tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing construction projects in the UK
- Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial schemes
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
