An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Groundworks Site Manager to join a major residential development in Norwich. You will take responsibility for overseeing all groundworks activities on a brand-new site, ensuring delivery is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements.
Duties Include:
- Managing groundworks subcontractors and site labour
- Overseeing drainage, roads, foundations, and infrastructure packages
- Driving health and safety standards across site
- Monitoring progress against programme
- Conducting site inspections and quality checks
- Reporting to senior management and attending site meetings
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Site Manager on residential groundworks projects
- SMSTS
