We are recruiting for an experienced Groundworks Site Manager to oversee groundworks packages on a large residential project in Norwich. This is a long-term opportunity on a brand-new development, offering 18 months of work and the chance to play a key role from project inception through to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Managing all groundworks operations on site
- Coordinating subcontractors, plant, and labour resources
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Monitoring programme delivery and site performance
- Conducting toolbox talks and site inspections
- Maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
Essential Requirements:
- Site Management experience within groundworks and residential construction
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid at Work
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of residential infrastructure and groundworks packages
