We are recruiting for an experienced Groundworks Site Manager to oversee groundworks packages on a large residential project in Norwich. This is a long-term opportunity on a brand-new development, offering 18 months of work and the chance to play a key role from project inception through to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all groundworks operations on site
  • Coordinating subcontractors, plant, and labour resources
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
  • Monitoring programme delivery and site performance
  • Conducting toolbox talks and site inspections
  • Maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle

Essential Requirements:

  • Site Management experience within groundworks and residential construction
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS Card
  • First Aid at Work
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of residential infrastructure and groundworks packages
