Project Manager - Fit out in Kingston upon Thames, London

Senior PM Ridgeway & Co are proud to be partnering with a leading interiors company based in London, with their search for a Project Manager with a strong track record in commercial fit-out projects, ideally within a Life sciences background. You’ll oversee all on-site activities, coordinate trades, and ensure delivery to programme, budget, and the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate subcontractors. * Oversee M&E upgrades alongside joinery and finishing trades. * Plan and manage site logistics, sequencing, and materials. * Maintain and enforce high standards of health, safety, and quality. * Monitor progress and report regularly to the Project Manager. * Ensure works are completed on time and to specification. Requirements * Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out projects (hotel, office, retail, or shopfitting). * Strong organisational and coordination skills. * Ability to drive programme delivery and solve problems proactively. * Excellent communication and site leadership skills. * SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid preferred
