Key Responsibilities: 1. Policy Development and Compliance: * Draft, implement, and continuously improve site-specific health and safety policies. * Ensure alignment with relevant laws, standards, and regulations. 2. Hazard Identification and Risk Mitigation: * Conduct risk assessments and regular site inspections. * Identify and rectify hazards proactively, fostering a safe working environment. 3. Training and Awareness: * Deliver effective health and safety training sessions. * Educate employees and contractors on their responsibilities and safety best practices. 4. Incident Investigation and Prevention: * Investigate workplace incidents, determine root causes, and implement preventive strategies. * Promote a culture of reporting near-misses and learning from incidents. 5.
