Ridgeway & Co are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major enabling works project in Enfield. This position requires an individual capable of taking full ownership of the commercial function, running the project independently and working closely with both operational teams and the client. There is a genuine opportunity for the successful candidate to transition into a permanent role as further projects are secured.
Key Responsibilities
- Full commercial management of the project
- Managing valuations, variations and final accounts
- Producing cost reports, budgets and forecasts
- Managing subcontractor procurement and accounts

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Background in enabling works, groundworks or civil engineering projects
- Ability to run projects independently
- Strong contractual and commercial knowledge

- Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification
