Electrician

We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a well‑established organisation working across domestic properties in North and East London. This is a permanent, full‑time role focused on electrical maintenance, fault‑finding, repairs and EICRs within occupied homes.

Role Overview

Carry out day‑to‑day electrical maintenance and reactive repair work

Diagnose issues, identify faults and complete effective repairs

*

Complete EICRs and ensure all certification is accurate and compliant

*

Update job information using internal and client systems

*

Deliver a professional, customer‑focused service on every visit

What You’ll Need

*

Recognised electrical qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 / 18th Edition ideal)

*

Full, clean UK driving licence

*

Confident dealing with tenants and customers

*

Background in domestic or social housing electrical work (preferred)

*

Experience using PDAs or digital job‑logging systems (beneficial)
