We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a well-established and highly respected building services contractor delivering complex M&E projects across the UK. This organisation has a long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality electrical and mechanical solutions across sectors including healthcare, commercial, education, and retail, with a strong presence in London and the South of England.

The Role

As Electrical Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of electrical packages across a range of projects, with a particular focus on healthcare environments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing electrical projects from pre‑construction through to handover
  • Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Ensuring delivery in line with programme, budget, and quality standards
  • Maintaining strict health & safety compliance
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Managing procurement, cost control, and variations
  • Attending and leading project meetings

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within M&E / building services
  • Essential: Experience delivering healthcare projects (e.g. hospitals, NHS facilities)
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems (LV/HV, infrastructure, installations)
  • Experience managing projects in live or high‑risk environments
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
