The Role – Contracts Manager / Senior Contracts Manager (Facade/Cladding)
We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Contracts Manager to oversee multiple façade and cladding projects. The initial focus will be on sites in the Northern home counties.
This role requires a minimum of 5+ years’ experience delivering envelope, cladding or façade projects, along with strong commercial, technical and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from pre-construction through to handover
- Lead and coordinate multiple site teams
- Ensure all works meet quality, compliance and safety standards
- Oversee budgets, forecasts and risk management
- Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal teams
- Ensure smooth project delivery across all live sites
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in facade, cladding or envelope systems
- Proven track record overseeing multi-site projects
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage budgets, risks and programme delivery
