The Role – Contracts Manager / Senior Contracts Manager (Facade/Cladding)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Contracts Manager to oversee multiple façade and cladding projects. The initial focus will be on sites in the Northern home counties.

This role requires a minimum of 5+ years’ experience delivering envelope, cladding or façade projects, along with strong commercial, technical and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from pre-construction through to handover
  • Lead and coordinate multiple site teams
  • Ensure all works meet quality, compliance and safety standards
  • Oversee budgets, forecasts and risk management
  • Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal teams
  • Ensure smooth project delivery across all live sites

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in facade, cladding or envelope systems
  • Proven track record overseeing multi-site projects
  • Strong commercial and contractual understanding
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage budgets, risks and programme delivery
