Ridgeway & Co are recruiting for a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to join a busy civils and earthworks project in Botley, Southampton. This role requires a commercially astute professional with strong client-facing experience, capable of building relationships while managing the commercial aspects of the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing project costs, applications and valuations
- Producing cost reports and forecasts
- Managing subcontractor procurement and accounts

Requirements
