We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a busy construction project on a 6-month contract basis in the Bedfordshire area. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in groundworks and industrial warehouse projects, who can support the Site Manager in delivering works safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the day-to-day management of site operations
  • Supervising and coordinating site labour
  • Managing subcontractors and ensuring work is completed to specification
  • Overseeing site logistics and maintaining efficient workflow
  • Completing and maintaining QA documentation and site records
  • Ensuring health & safety standards are upheld at all times
