We’re looking for an ambitious and relationship-driven Prestige On-Trade Sales Associate to grow Ridgeview’s presence across London’s premium on-trade sector. This is a high impact, relationship led role focused on developing Ridgeview’s presence across prestigious bars, restaurants, hotels and premium hospitality venues. You’ll play a key role in building advocacy, securing listings, increasing visibility and strengthening Ridgeview’s reputation within one of the world’s most influential hospitality markets.

Reporting to the Director of UK Sales, you’ll combine strong relationship management with hands-on commercial delivery in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment – representing one of England’s most respected sparkling wine producers.

Location & Travel

This role will be London focussed and will involve regular travel across the city and surrounding areas, alongside non-traditional working hours to support events, tastings and customer engagement. Given the relationship led nature of the role, flexibility to attend evening events, activations and hospitality occasions will be important. The office is based near Ditchling, East Sussex.

What you’ll do

  • Identify, target and win new prestige on-trade accounts across London
  • Build and manage relationships with venue owners, buyers, sommeliers and decision-makers
  • Secure listings, increase distribution and drive repeat business across priority accounts
  • Develop trusted, long-term partnerships within premium hospitality venues
  • Act as an ambassador for Ridgeview within London’s premium hospitality scene
  • Deliver tastings, training and events to build engagement and advocacy
  • Represent Ridgeview at activations, events and trade initiatives
  • Engage customers and trade influencers to strengthen Ridgeview’s presence and visibility
  • Drive commercial growth
  • Deliver territory sales targets across volume, visibility and distribution
  • Support pricing and listing negotiations within agreed commercial frameworks
  • Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility, rate of sale and customer engagement
  • Drive execution & market presence
  • Ensure excellent in-venue execution and premium brand visibility
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends and customer opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track pipeline activity and report on performance

What you’ll bring

  • Experience within premium drinks sales, wine, hospitality or luxury hospitality environments
  • Existing relationships or strong connectivity within London’s premium hospitality scene
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building capability
  • Commercial instinct and confidence building relationships with customers and decision-makers
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to manage a territory independently
  • Confidence operating within premium hospitality environments and building trusted customer relationships
  • The energy and adaptability to thrive within a lean, entrepreneurial team environment
  • Ideally WSET Level 2 or above
  • Experience within prestige hospitality environments
  • Ideally event, activation or brand ambassador experience
