Part-time Breakfast Assistant - Breakfast 7am - 11am.

Role: Basic food preparation & service during Breakfast.

Responsibilities:

  • Consistent delivery of quality and well-presented food as per brand standards.
  • To maintain a professional working relationship with the food service team.
  • Making sure guests are greeted with a warm smile, the buffet offering is to standard.
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, all health and safety, food safety legislation.
  • Ensuring efficient and effective cleanliness throughout the kitchen.

Ideal person would be:

  • Committed to working on a weekly rota basis, which includes working weekends and split shifts.
