Full time or Part Time - Night GSA - 11pm to 7am. We are now looking to recruit a Night Guest Service Assistant that is confident, efficient and passionate in the delivery of excellent customer service.
As Night Guest Service Assistant, responsibilities include:
- Upselling the hotel and local area
- Overseeing a busy reception area
- Dealing with guests checking in/out and enquiries
- Working in the bar, kitchen and restaurant areas
- Supporting any department in line with business demands
Role & Responsibilities:
- Work within the team on duty to ensure that all brand standards are met
- Be fully aware of the hotel product, facilities and services available
- Ensure guests are greeted with a warm smile
- Ensure the breakfast buffet offering is setup to standard
- Be fully conversant with and ensure all shift procedures are carried out during your shift
- Take responsibility for any problems or queries that arise during your shift
- Ensure all breakfast preparation meets standards
- Ensure consistent delivery of quality and well-presented food
- Comply with hotel/company security, fire regulations and all health and safety and food safety legislation
- Maintain Food Hygiene and Health & Safety requirements
- Ensure efficient and effective cleanliness throughout the kitchen
- Use all standard checklists as prescribed
- Maintain a professional working relationship with the day/night team
- Complete night check lists
Role Requirements:
- Ideally you will have worked in hospitality or night shifts and be able to demonstrate initiative
- You will have a reputation for delivering great service and being fun to work with
- You will be committed to working on a weekly rota basis, which includes working weekends
- Be able to adapt to situations quickly
- It is essential that you have great communication and organisational skills
- Experience within a Hotel Front desk or Food and Beverage is desirable
