Kitchen Assistant - Parttime(Breakfast 7am - 11am, Dinner 6pm - 10pm)
Role: Basic food preparation & service during Breakfast/Dinner
Holiday Inn Express Windsor has 58 contemporary bedrooms. As well as being ideally located for access to the M4 and M25 motorways and Windsor train station, lots of famous local attractions including Legoland, Thorpe park, Eton College, Kew Gardens, Hampton Court, and of course Windsor Castle.
Catering for business and leisure markets, the Holiday Inn Express Windsor has onsite parking, Express Start Breakfast with selected hot items. We also offer a selection of great evening meals from something simple through to more traditional dishes.
Responsibilities
- Consistent delivery of quality and well-presented food as per brand standards
- To maintain a professional working relationship with the food service team
- Making sure guests are greeted with a warm smile, the buffet offering is to standard
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, all health and safety, food safety legislation
- Ensuring efficient and effective cleanliness throughout the kitchen
Ideal person would be
- Someone who is able to demonstrate initiative, who has a reputation for delivering great service
- Committed to working on a weekly rota basis, which includes working weekends and split shifts
- Be comfortable working in a high pressured environment adapt to situations quickly
