Holiday Inn Express Windsor are seeking a Night Manager. We are now looking for a Night Manager to join our team at Holiday Inn Express Windsor. You will be the primary contact for our guests, the person who makes our guests feel welcome, take pride in your hotel and deliver great guest experience.

A day in the life of Night Manager
As Night Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests and staff during the night. As an ambassador to the hotel, you will use your expertise to always deliver a first-class service to all guests. You will ensure a minimum of 2 security checks are carried out on each shift, with emphasis on fire safety and overall security of the building, as well as conducting the nightly audit to close the day's business and liaise with the accounts team to ensure accuracy. You will also recruit, train and continually develop the Night team to ensure we provide an exceptional guest experience. You will be in the heart of our hotel and get involved in everything from guest arrival, departure, serving at the bar, breakfast and kitchen. You will be the person a guest turns to if they have any concerns or comments.

Role Requirements
Ideally you will have worked in a Supervisory or Management role in a hotel environment and be able to demonstrate initiative. You will be someone who has a reputation for delivering great service and being fun to work with. You will be committed to working on a weekly rota basis, which includes working weekends. Previous exposure to night work would be an advantage. A basic level certificate in Food Hygiene would also be an advantage, although full training will be given. All candidates who attend an interview will be required to provide original supporting documentation to verify the right to work in the UK.
