As an Operations Assistant, you’re all about keeping the mill running smoothly. You’ll help make sure the space is clean, safe, and efficient, while giving customers friendly, reliable service. You’re a key part of the team, jumping in where needed and helping things flow without a hitch.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Safely unwrap and wrap timber packs
- Operate machinery at infeed and outfeed to keep things moving smoothly
- Run the baler and keep it in good shape
- Help keep the mill clean, tidy, and safe
- Make sure stock is organised and clearly labelled
- Chat with the team to keep everything running smoothly
- Jump in with any other tasks that help get the job done
