Location: Sale, Manchester

Salary: Circa £30k plus company share scheme and bonuses.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Build and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Develop innovative and effective recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates
  • Collaborate with a talented team of Consultants to achieve shared goals
  • Stay updated on what is happening in the industry in order to win continued new business

We are looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant (does not need to be industry specific)
  • Natural leaders with high standards
  • Confident and natural communicators
  • The determination to be successful
