We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our cost management team, with immediate involvement in a long-term Healthcare client portfolio. Based in Winchester, you will help deliver a strong pipeline of secured projects, gaining responsibility and client exposure within a collaborative, progressive team.

Our projects range from £1m to £60m, across sectors including Healthcare, Education, and Residential.

  • Lead cost management from inception to completion on major projects
  • Utilise digital tools for quantity take-off and estimating
  • Attend meetings, produce financial reports, and manage post-contract cost control
  • Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
  • Knowledge of construction methodologies and JCT/NEC contracts
