✨Know the Company Inside Out

Before your interview, make sure you research the company thoroughly. Understand their values, culture, and recent developments, especially in the South West region. This will help you tailor your answers and show that you're genuinely interested in being a People Partner.

✨Prepare for Behavioural Questions

Expect questions that assess your past experiences and how they relate to the role. Use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure your responses. Think of specific examples where you've successfully supported teams or resolved conflicts, as this is crucial for a People Partner.
