Ridge & Partners LLP is recruiting a qualified finance professional to lead monthly management accounts, oversee the month-end close with accuracy, and ensure all balance sheet reconciliations are complete across sites. You will drive business partnering to maximise revenue and minimise costs, support FP&A with commercial challenge, and manage system updates and testing for Microsoft Dynamics F&O.
The role also oversees staff development, conducts performance reviews, allocates resources.
