As Key Client Manager, you will take a senior role in managing, developing and strengthening one of Ridge's important infrastructure client relationships. Your role will include: Acting as a senior point of contact for a key infrastructure client, building trust across programme, commercial, technical and leadership stakeholders. Working within the client programme to understand priorities, risks, decision points and future opportunities. Growing the client account across Ridge's multi-disciplinary services, including areas such as project and programme management, cost consultancy, commercial advice, engineering, sustainability, health and safety and specialist advisory services. Coordinating Ridge teams around client needs, ensuring the right expertise is brought in at the right time. Supporting business planning and account development activity, with a focus on long-term relationship growth rather than short-term transactions. Leading and supporting multi-disciplinary teams working across the client programme. Helping to identify future resourcing, capability and team growth needs as the relationship develops. Working closely with the UK Head of Transport and wider Infrastructure leadership team to align client activity with Ridge's wider growth plans. This is a role for someone who is able to combine delivery credibility with commercial awareness. You will need to be comfortable operating inside a complex client environment, while also thinking clearly about how the relationship can develop over time. What You'll Be Working On You will be working with a major infrastructure client, supporting a long-term partnership that is expected to involve complex programmes, senior stakeholder engagement and the coordination of multiple professional services. The work may involve transport, energy, utilities, defence or related infrastructure activity. It is likely to include major projects, capital programmes, asset investment, delivery planning, commercial and programme considerations, technical advisory input and ongoing support across client priorities. This role is not simply about maintaining a relationship. It is about understanding the client's world properly: their pressures, their governance, their investment priorities, their internal stakeholders and the points at which Ridge can provide practical, useful support. Infrastructure clients are often managing competing demands. They need to balance affordability, risk, resilience, public accountability, operational continuity and long-term performance. They need advisers who understand that complexity and can bring clear thinking rather than noise. That is where Ridge is well placed. Our strength lies in connecting expertise across disciplines. We can support clients through technical, commercial, programme, sustainability, asset and delivery challenges, without looking at each issue in isolation. Your role will be to help make that connection visible and valuable to the client. About You You are likely to be operating at Associate Partner, Associate Director or senior client leadership level within a consultancy, infrastructure organisation, delivery body, client-side programme team or related professional services environment. You will bring: Strong experience in key client management, account leadership or business management across infrastructure. Exposure to sectors such as transport, energy, utilities, defence or major public infrastructure. A track record of working within or alongside major capital programmes, large projects or complex client environments. Good stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build confidence across senior, technical, commercial and operational audiences. Experience growing client accounts across multiple services or disciplines. The ability to lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams. Commercial judgement and the ability to spot where a client need could become a meaningful opportunity. A calm, professional and collaborative style, with the credibility to represent Ridge at senior level. You do not need to have worked across every infrastructure sector. More important is your ability to understand complex clients, build trusted relationships and help shape a long-term account in a thoughtful and commercially sustainable way. TPBN1_UKTJ
