The predicted salary is between 45000 - 50000 Β£ per year.

As the demand for our expertise continues to grow, we have an exciting opportunity for an Associate to join our Winchester MEP team.

Working as part of a team, you will be confident dealing with clients and leading MEP project work.

You will be expected to manage your own project teams, delivering design work to the required standards while providing excellent levels of client service.

Role and

Responsibilities: To lead MEP engineering teams delivering a range of project work.

Managing risk within MEP engineering projects having excellent commercial acumen.

To act as the lead engineer in a design team being responsible for mechanical building services concept and detailed design.

Supervising and monitoring the work of others in this function.

Mentoring and developing junior engineers.

Producing reports, drawings and specifications to suit various RIBA design stages.

Using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) and BIM (Revit) software and other resources to design the systems required for the project.

Liaising closely with other professionals, including structural engineers, architects, surveyors, and contractors of in-house and external project teams Attending a range of project group and technical meetings Ensuring that the design and maintenance of building systems meet legislative and health and safety requirements.

Experience and

Skills

Required: Excellent project management skills.

Ability to foster long term productive working relationships.

Significant experience within a mechanical building services design role from either a consultant or contractor background.

Having an accredited relevant degree or higher educational qualification in an applicable discipline (HNC/HND) To have achieved or working towards IEng or CEng status.

Excellent communication skills and willing to work as part of a close-knit team towards a shared goal.

Attention to detail and a strong desire to deliver high standards of client care.
