You will be a reliable, proactive individual who enjoys delivering high-quality work and taking ownership of your projects. You are developing confidence in client interactions and are keen to play a broader role within the team.

You bring a positive, β€œcan-do” mindset, with the ambition to grow and take on more responsibility over time.

The skills and experience you'll bring:

  • Experience in Cost Management / Quantity Surveying within a consultancy

  • Strong technical capability across pre- and post-contract delivery

  • Experience working with NEC and JCT contracts

  • MRICS (or working towards)

What's in it for you?

  • A clear pathway toward Associate Partner level and beyond

  • Opportunity to work on diverse, high-quality projects

  • A supportive and collaborative team environment

  • A modern, well-connected Cambridge office
