We are looking for a mid-weight Bid Writer who can take complex technical information and develop clear, well-structured, and persuasive proposals. This role would suit someone with a background in journalism, history, English, or a similar discipline, and a strong interest in research, analysis, and precise writing. You should be comfortable working with detailed material, confident asking thoughtful questions, and able to draw out the information that matters.

About the role: As a Bid Writer, you will work closely with technical leads and subject matter experts across the business to prepare high-quality bid submissions. The role is centred on clarity, structure, and accuracy, ensuring responses are well organised, easy to follow, and aligned with client requirements.

You will need strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and the ability to manage competing deadlines without losing quality. Key responsibilities:
