Are you an experienced Site Quality Monitoring Surveyor looking to take that next step in your career? As the demand for our expertise continues to grow, we now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Quality Monitoring Surveyor to join our significantly experienced and talented Construction Team based out of our offices in Winchester. As a Site Quality Monitoring Surveyor at Ridge, you will work within a team who are working with Residential Providers including Housing Associations , Private Buy to Let Clients and Local Authority New Homes departments , to assist in the delivery on new build and regeneration schemes . You will help to oversee the construction works and delivery of these new build and regeneration projects. Role and Responsibilities Ensuring works carried out by the approved contractors are of the highest standard and meet all requirements of the specification and current regulations Visit the Housing construction sites typically either weekly or at fortnightly intervals Provide Report covering typically covering items below (Reports are typically actioned using a Ridge App based template) Provide Report to the Client/Employer commenting upon: Progress.
