Ridge and Partners LLP seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its Winchester cost management team. You will lead cost management on healthcare projects at a major NHS hospital in Southampton and support the wider team on building safety remedial works, education and residential schemes.
You will produce cost plans, Feasibility studies and cost estimates, manage tenders, advise on contracts and lead cost reporting while coaching junior QSs and supporting business development.
