Responsibilities:
- Mentor QS cost management colleagues to develop their skills.
- Collaborate with Winchester and Ridge leadership teams.
- Manage clients and pursue new business opportunities.
- Participate in business development forums and sector groups.
- Coordinate cost management across all offices.
- Work independently on assigned tasks.
- Advise on contracts and construction conditions.
- Guide design teams on cost‑effective methods and materials to stay within budget.
- Prepare tender documents.
- Oversee project costs during construction and negotiate final accounts.
